  1. I Support Jerusalem Post’s
    Call For Pollard’s Release

    Wednesday, March 27th, 2013

Your truly excellent editorial (“The buck stops here”, Mar.21) in support of Israel’s favorite cause – calling for the release of Jonathon Pollard, was certainly well timed. Our hapless spy has now been in solitary confinement for nearly 10,000 days.

  2. German court decides circumcision is a crime

    Saturday, September 1st, 2012

“As to circumcision (and shechita too for that matter) German Christians need to be reminded that Jesus was circumcised and only ate kosher meat.”

  3. Tom Friedman accuses
    Congressmen of corruption

    Saturday, December 24th, 2011

“In a recent New York Times column, long time contributor Thomas Friedman alleged that the ovation given to Bibi Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister, during and following his recent speech to both houses of Congress . . . was “bought and paid for by the Israel lobby”.

  4. Why do Israeli advertisers hire design studios
    instead of ad agencies?

    Saturday, December 24th, 2011

Many English ads seem to suffer from the fact that they are translated from Hebrew. There is far too much reliance on information – far too little on user benefits and sales persuasion. Such ads make me cringe.

  5. Deterrent to Rocket Attacks

    Saturday, November 5th, 2011

Rocket Attacks. Here’s a deterrent that should change the situation within days – a week or two at utmost:

In retaliation for each day’s rocket fire from Hamas our air force should bomb a high school in Gaza to the ground – late at night when it is completely unoccupied!

  6. What will Arabs do if they don’t sell their oil?

    Friday, May 7th, 2010

April 6, 2010 The Editor, The Jerusalem Post. Sir, The Arabs fought us 3 times in the past 62 years and lost each time. They had three war aims. One, to push us into the sea or into mass graves. Two, to increase the size of their territories. Three to wipe Israel off the map […]

  7. Palestinian war aims and demands

    Wednesday, April 7th, 2010

The Editor, The Jerusalem Post. Sir, The Arabs fought us 3 times in the past 62 years and lost each time. They had three war aims. One, to push us into the sea or into mass graves. Two, to increase the size of their territories. Three to wipe Israel off the map of the world. […]

  8. Ineradicable incitement

    Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

The Editor The Jerusalem Post Sir, Incitement comes with mother’s milk. The cessation of mutual incitement is just one of several requirements of Phase 1 of the Road Map. Both sides are required to first end incitement: the Israelis who never ever had such a program and the Palestinians who did. Would you believe this? […]

  9. The solution to Israel’s health problem

    Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

The Editor Jerusalem Post Sir We keep hearing about the enormous problems which our country has with funding its health system. Perhaps we can take a lesson from the South African way this is being handled without any help from the government. My South African company was a member of the Sanlam health insurance society. […]

  10. How the world was nearly foxed by Goldstone

    Monday, December 14th, 2009

“The Israeli Foreign Ministry accused the authors of the Goldstone report report’s trying to instigate a “political campaign against Israel” and operating from a “one-sided mandate.” However it missed noticing a hole so wide and so deep that one must marvel at the lack of sagacity on their part as well as on the part of Judge Goldstone and his fellow commissioners.”

  11. Is Abbas a Partner for Peace?
    Is Netanyahu?

    Thursday, October 29th, 2009

Baskin describes Abbas as a strong leader who has already “implemented almost all the Palestinians obligations under the road map while Israel has not implemented any.”

  12. Hamas’ war crimes guilt

    Saturday, September 26th, 2009

“For we should remind ourselves of the fact that almost all the dead were men (where were the women?) and there’s every likelihood that the males were jihadniks come to battle the Jewish enemy by providing “civilian” cover to the terrorists. They were true accomplices. Their reward was to be endless fun and games with 72 black-eyed waiting virgins.”
